Trending Updates: Texans Quarterback C.J. Stroud Goes Viral For His Kind Gesture To A Fan In Houston…

Fans are loving C.J. Stroud’s kind gesture in Houston, as the quarterback continues to shine on and off the field early in his career.

The Houston Texans star recently stepped up to help the community after a tornado hit the area. Following the cleanup efforts, Stroud was seen playing catch with a young fan in a front yard, a heartwarming moment captured by Ari Meirov.

Stroud’s impressive performance extends beyond his community contributions. He had arguably the greatest rookie season in NFL history, becoming the fifth rookie quarterback to throw for over 4,000 yards in a season. Additionally, he became the third quarterback ever to lead the league in both passing yards (273.9) and touchdown-interception ratio (4.6).

Stroud also made history by becoming the youngest quarterback to win a playoff game when the Texans defeated the Cleveland Browns in the Wild Card round. His regular-season passer rating of 100.8 helped make the Texans contenders once again.

Looking ahead to the 2024 season, the Texans are even more formidable. They added Pro Bowl running back Joe Mixon from Cincinnati and acquired All-Pro wide receiver Stefon Diggs from Buffalo. With a 1,000-yard wide receiver in Nico Collins and another young talent in Tank Dell, the offense is more talented than ever.

With this enhanced roster, the Texans are poised to challenge top AFC teams like the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens. At the very least, Stroud, head coach DeMeco Ryans, and the Texans should be strong contenders for a spot in the Divisional round next year. The future looks bright for Houston.
