The 21-year-old Colts’ QB Anthony Richardson has a stunning injury update; fans will love it…

Colts’ quarterback, Anthony Richardson, has hinted at an imminent return to throwing following a season-ending shoulder injury. Through social media, Richardson expressed his eagerness and gratitude for the upcoming opportunity to resume football activities while still in the process of rehabilitation.

Following successful shoulder surgery reportedly conducted on October 24, 2023, Richardson received indications from medical professionals that he could anticipate resuming throwing after a sixteen-week recovery period. Based on this timeline, Richardson is expected to be cleared for throwing again on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024, though individual recoveries may vary.

Richardson was recently spotted at a basketball game, indicating his return to Gainesville, Florida, his hometown, where he may also continue his rehabilitation alongside other offseason activities. Notably, during the previous offseason, Richardson collaborated with Colts quarterback Gardner Minshew in Florida for workouts, suggesting a possibility for a similar regimen this offseason.

With a potential return to full health, Richardson, entering his second year with the Colts, stands poised for a breakout season under the guidance of head coach Shane Steichen and alongside standout running back Jonathan Taylor for a complete campaign.
