Seattle Mariners’ center fielde Julio Rodriguez Sends A Clear Message About His 2024 Goals In A Social Media Post…

Julio Rodriguez Makes It Clearly Known What His 2024 Objective Is…

Julio Rodriguez, a center fielder with the Seattle Mariners, has had an incredible start to his career.

Since making his Major League Baseball debut in 2022, he has received numerous honors, including American League Rookie of the Year, Silver Slugger, All-Star, and inclusion on the All-MLB Second Team.

With a second Silver Slugger and an All-Star selection in 2023, he advanced and reached a new level.

In a Sunday tweet, he made it very apparent what his ultimate aim is: he wants to win it all with his Mariners.

“I’m curious to know how that feels. With a photo of fans celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory, he tweeted, “#starving.”

In baseball parlance, the Chiefs’ overtime victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday could be compared to a walk-off victory in extra innings.

Rodriguez, who in 2022 helped lead the Mariners back to the postseason after 21 years, was unable to duplicate the team’s accomplishments from the previous season.

Nevertheless, the Mariners are a very competitive team that added a number of notable players in the winter, including Luis Urias, Gregory Santos, Luke Raley, Jorge Polanco, Mitch Garver, and Mitch Haniger.

They could all contribute to Rodriguez’s success.

In 2024, the Mariners intend to establish that they are every bit as formidable as the Texas Rangers, the defending World Series champions, and the Houston Astros.

They will have a shot as long as they have Rodriguez.

A fine.275/.333/.485 line, 32 home runs, 37 stolen bases, 102 runs, 103 RBI, and a.818 OPS were recorded by the explosive center fielder in 2023.

With a performance like that, he might win the MVP award in the forthcoming season.
