In a move that blends football, national pride, and social responsibility, Jarosław Królewski, the influential president of Wisła Kraków, has officially launched the Wisła Legion Foundation. The initiative, described by Królewski as “another new flame for the Dragon,” is a bold call to the Polish military family—past, present, and future—to unite under the shared values of honor, resilience, and community.
The foundation’s title, Wisła Legion, is no coincidence. It draws inspiration from Poland’s historic legions, echoing a tradition of courage and sacrifice that has long been associated with the nation’s armed forces.
